Exercise-fitA fun, general exercise class to music incorporating cardio-vascular, toning and floor exercises
Condition-fitThis class focuses on toning all areas of the body using weights, bands and balls (all supplied).
Dance-fitA fun class incorporating very basic dance moves & toning exercises choreographed to different types of music. Floor work included.
Active Seniors-fitA slower class incorporating movement, balance and conditioning.
Flex-fitA stretch and strengthen class focusing on core stability and flexibility.
Cardio-fitLow impact aerobics
